How to deal with the ECN samples which cannot be used?
For security reasons, we need to dispose ECN (Engineering Change Notice) samples properly. Depending on the nature of the samples, it needs to follow specific regulations or guidelines for disposal. OrideTech generally destroy the pars to make sure that the design and features can not be seen. And we also can follow the customers’ order to deal with it. Here are some steps OrideTech always taken:
1. Determine the reasons
Determine the reason why the ECN samples are failed to use. This can help identify the appropriate disposal method. We will email customer with pictures, video and description text to make double confirm. If all these samples need to run ECN sample procedures, we will help to destroy it or remove the security features. In case that the customer would use these samples in next build, we will help to save it for security till next build. When some samples are pending, we help customer to save it in security area for 1 year. And we also can ship all these parts to customers for dealing with in customer side.
2. Deal with hazardous samples
If the samples are hazardous or contain hazardous materials, follow proper safety protocols for handling and disposal. This may involve using protective gear, such as gloves or masks, and following specific disposal procedures.
3. Deal with non-hazardous samples

And if these parts have possible use in future projects. OirdeTech will follow customers’ order to store them. Otherwise, OrideTech will destroye the samples with standard procedures.
